12:03pm On the phone with girlfriend until approximately 12:10pm when he notices MJ is not breathing

12:10pm, Dr Murray yells to Kai Chase to send Prince up and get Security (according to Kai’s account)
12:13pm. Calls MJ's personal Assistant who calls Security

2:26PM Pronounced dead at 2:26pm

Cell records show he was on his cell phone between 11:18am and 12:05pm

Sometime between **10:40 am - 12:10 pm; Dr Murray left MJ unattended to go to the bathroom for approximately 2 minutes

According to the interview by LE of EMT and ER at UCLA:

Dr Murray informed EMTs that he had given MJ Ativan.
Dr Murray informed UCLA he had given MJ Ativan and Anexate
He told neither that he had given MJ benzos or propofol.

Dr Murray gave LE a brief statement at UCLA and then left.
When LE looked for him he was gone and LE then went to MJ’s residence and took his car.
Dr Murray’s attorney contacted LE the night of 6/26 to arrange for an interview on Sat. 6/27

Well I just finished watching the Jones special rerun about Michael Jackson and I have to say that I agree with the majority of what was said. I was a bit surprised that his potential worth was almost one billion dollars back in 1993 when Chandler threatened to sue him. I never knew that JC's father had MJ stay over night at his own house and had them both sleep in the same bedroom and then claimed to see them sleep in a "compromising" position. Right after that is when he drugged his own son for a "tooth removal" and got the story about the molestation that supposedly took place. Was that the beginning of the end of Jackson? Maybe so. I think it allowed a door to be opened to a dark side of people which some can never understand. But I do not think Jackson did drugs for recreational purposes like others do, if you can understand what I mean.

Anyway, whether or not he was always on propofol (which I doubt) isn't the issue, at least IMO. This was to be the final concert and it was to be the best. For a perfectionist like Jackson, that was stress to begin with. To be a concert after the charges and court hearing, added stress. To have his children in attendence, additional stress. Are these excuses, not at all, Just facts, imo.

It is a shame that some can't see that the actions of murray on that fateful day are not criminal in their eyes. IMO, when murray took a syringe and loaded it with different drugs time after time, whether Jackson begged for them or not, is criminal and it certainly did prove to be deadly.

LOS ANGELES-- Just 12 days shy of the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death, his father is blaming the music legend's mother for his untimely death.

In a video interview with UK tabloid News of the World, Joe Jackson accuses his wife of 60 years, Katherine Jackson, of failing to prevent Michael's death.

"Mothers are always the [person] their sons look up to. I wanted her to step in and look at Mike a bit, keep him cheered up," Joe says. "She didn't want to do that because she was afraid that she was invading his privacy."

Joe insists to the the UK outlet that he and Katherine had been arguing for months prior to Michael's death about getting him into rehab for his alleged pill addiction, but Katherine remained firm about not interfering.

Joe claims he hit a tipping point as he and his wife stared at Michael's lifeless body on a mortuary table, saying he was angry at Katherine shedding tears and could not bring himself to hug her.

"I said, 'If you had listened to me Michael would be living now!' Joe said in the interview. "Katherine didn't say a word. I had to get away from her. If she'd done what I asked, Michael would be here today. I am incensed with her. She could have made a difference."

"He knew I loved him. I regret that I didn't say goodbye properly. I want his legacy to live forever," Joe said.

In Michael Jackson's will, it was revealed he left 40% of his fortune to his mother, 20% to different charities, and the final 40% was to be divided between his children Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8.

Joe Jackson, who was left out of his son's will, has been pushing to get an allowance of Michael's estate.

I have a hard time keeping that one (ok any opinion to myself) opinion of him to myself. I heard about this, this morning. Katherine Jackson's lawyers are mighty upset over this and he just have cut off his nose to spite his face with these allegations. Just as in other celebrity deaths, I will believe what Michael himself said about his father. That man abused and beat him. While Katherine might have done next to nothing about it, it was her that Michael entrusted his children to.

Joe's best bet is to glue his mouth shut because everytime he opens it, I see less and less monetary support going to him from Katherine.

Hey Ms Jackson, you owe the man nothing and neither does Michael's children.

Joe Jackson files wrongful death suit against Conrad Murray

Michael Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, has filed a wrongful death suit against Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician charged with giving the pop legend lethal doses of sedatives, according to The Associated Press.

Michael Jackson's doctor keeps California medical license

In the complaint — which seeks damages of more than $75,000 for loss of income and support, emotional distress and pain and suffering — Joe Jackson accuses Murray of negligence and claims Murray lied to paramedics and doctors about administering the drug propofol, which authorities say attributed to Michael Jackson's death.

The lawsuit also names the clinics Murray operates in Las Vegas and Houston, suggesting they did not train the doctor properly. The complaint further claims that Murray kept inadequate medical records.

The suit was filed in federal court on Friday, the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death.

Murray was charged with and pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in February after coroners ruled Jackson's death a homicide caused by acute propofol intoxication.

Dr. Conrad Murray pleads not guilty

"We'd like to remind people that Dr. Murray has not been found guilty of anything and we believe his innocence will be proven in a court of law," Charles Peckham, Murray's civil attorney, said in a statement obtained by AP. "We've been told we were going to be sued for months so today's filing is no surprise to us."
