Technical Problem

Thanks Jute for the help earlier. That was the only time it has ever done that. I can't remember now if I was on the new computer or this one. I had meant to ask if my post look different when I am on my new computer. I'll ask next time I use it. I get so frustrated with it I end up going back to this one.
To get rid of temp internet files, I click on tools, internet options, browsing history, then temp internet files and cookies delete. Is that something with IE? I know that is how I do it.
