Longview, TX ~ The 21-year-old was last seen May 21, 2009 by a friend at McDonald’s on West Loop 281, said Kevin Brownlee, police spokesman. Howard was wearing a green shirt and black capri style pants and was driving a black 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, with black hair and blue eyes. Officials found Howard’s vehicle May 22 abandoned in the 2900 block of Signal Hill Road in Longview, according to Brownlee.

Beaumont/Austin, TX ~ A recent resident of Austin, the 29-year-old has been missing since the evening of April 25, 2009. Her vehicle, a gold-colored late ‘90s Chrysler Cirrus mid-size sedan, was found in the parking lot of a Waffle House restaurant on Ben White Blvd., near the intersection of Highway 183 and Riverside Drive in southeast Austin.

Midland County, TX ~ The 39-year-old was last seen on April 2, 2009 leaving her home at 1:00 a.m. She left in a 2001 silver Lincoln Towncar with a large silver tiger sticker on the back window. The car has a Texas license plate with number LCN-864. McDonald has not answered her cell phone and authorities have exhausted all leads to find her. Eagle Pass, TX ~ The 44-year-old was last seen leaving work at about 5 p.m. Jan. 2, 2009. Her co-workers reported her missing two days later, and family members confirmed they had not seen her. Ms. Treloar is believed to be traveling in a green 2001 Dodge Durango bearing Texas license plate M85TTR. The vehicle has tinted windows, a crack on the front windshield and a scratch on the back driver’s side.

Marshall, TX ~ The 48-year-old was last seen December 26, 2008 at Community Care Nursing Home, 207 W. Merritt Street, Marshall Texas. It is believed that Meadows walked away from the facility wearing a blue t-shirt with a Harley Davidson emblem on the front, blue jeans, and flip-flop shoes. Meadows has a medical condition that requires her to take medication daily and she reportedly did not have her medication with her the evening she vanished from the nursing home. She has family in Elysian Fields, Texas; Shreveport; and Florien, La.

Splendora, TX ~ The 39-year-old Splendora resident seems to have vanished from his brother’s home in the Woodcrest subdivision near FM 242 and U.S. Highway 59 Dec. 19, 2008. “Carl was supposed to get his medicine shot but when my brother [Garland] went to get him he was gone,” Watson said. The missing man’s sister explained that family members searched the woods around the area where Swinney disappeared for hours to no avail. Her brother had no access to a car and must be on foot, she said. Swinney was diagnosed with schizophrenia at an early age and needs daily medication as well as ongoing supervision.

Waco, TX ~ The 42-year-old has been missing from his group home located at 2820 N. 43rd since December 6, 2008 at approximately 3:00pm. He is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes and is 5’ 10” tall and weighs around 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a gray and black hooded jacket, warm-up pants and tennis shoes. Mr. Kirk has not had his medication since his disappearance and may be very disoriented. He does not have a history of violence but may be lost and not able to find his way home. Bailey’s sister said her brother has been working construction at a local refinery for the past two to three months. Alice, TX ~ The 60-year-old was last seen outside the Sunset Motel in Alice on 11/2/08. Family members do not know what Hughes was doing there, but they just know this is the last place anyone saw him. Other than that, they really do not know much except that Hughes never displayed any odd behavior. Both police and family members have called his disappearance strange. Plano, TX ~ The 2-year-old was abducted by his non-custodial father, Michael Blasingame. Eitan has a small tissue lump under the skin behind his left ear. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt with blue shorts. Eitan and Mr.Blasingame possibly traveled to Lafayette, Louisiana. Authorities say the suspect has family in Lafayette and could be hiding out in the area. Investigators with a missing persons agency say very distinctive gang member tattoos are on the suspect’s left arm. This is the tattoo he has on his right shoulder.

FT Worth, TX ~ Kristen Elizabeth Charbonneau was last seen leaving her place of employment on the far east side of Fort Worth, Texas at approximately 3:41 p.m. on August 11, 2005. Witnesses at the club stated she stumbled and fell down, as if she was drunk, although it has not been established that she drank alcohol on the day of her disappearance. A customer had to walk her to the door, but when her taxi arrived to pick her up, Charbonneau was not there. She has never been heard from again.
