Merrian Carver ~ Royal Caribbean
August 26, 2004
Merrian Carver, a 40 year old woman, disappeared from a Royal Caribbean cruise to Alaska in August of 2004. Her Steward reported her missing for 5 days to his supervisor and was told to “just do your job and forget it” At the end of the cruise, Cruise line officials simply boxed up her belongings and even disposed of most of her items. Royal Caribbean Cruise Line made no attempt to contact either the FBI or her family when she turned up missing and had not used her room. Cambridge Police took several weeks to even trace her to the cruise ship delaying the search for almost one month. More information and updates

August 24, 2004
Waterbury, CT ~ The neighbor said Billy never returned with the keys to his house so they could feed the dog & he has not been heard from since 8/24/04. The police in conjuntion with the FBI have been treating this as an open working case in which Billy is listed as an “Endangered Missing Person”. Smolinski’s family says there are just a lot of things that don’t add up, like the fact that he left his keys and his wallet in his truck. Billy also hasn’t made any withdrawals from his bank account. He also does not have a cell phone. The day before he had cashed a check from his full time job and deposited most of it. ![]()
