The victim was located on May 21, 2006 in Tampa Bay, Florida - .75 miles south of the Gandy Bridge. He was found floating in Tampa Bay south of Gandy bridge.

  • Estimated age: 30-35 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5′7″; 172 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black w/some gray, short (3/4 - 1″) hair. Moustache. There are no distinguishing marks or scars; the condition of the body is “viewable.”
  • Clothing: White, short sleeve t-shirt (Hanes-Large); dark green athletic shorts with “TC” near leg hole; black, denim pants with “Rustler” tag above right rear pocket; two white athletic socks; two brown shoes (Tom McAnn-size 10 1/2).

    Daniel Dipiero ~ Royal Caribbean

    danieldipiero.jpgU.S. and Bahamian authorities conducted an air and sea search Tuesday for a 21-year-old man presumed to have fallen Monday from an ocean liner during a Caribbean cruise. Daniel Dipiero, of Augusta, Ohio, was reported missing Monday morning from Royal Caribbean International’s Mariner of the Seas cruise liner, but ship officials did not alert the U.S. Coast Guard until eight hours later, the Guard said.
