The unidentified man was found approximately 100 yards off the roadway. He is believed to have been there less than 24 hours. The victim is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-7, 168 pounds, with a black Mohawk-style haircut. Both ears are pierced. A bar code is tattooed on his right shoulder, with the last numbers being 08 03 87. He was wearing a red Reebok Jason Kidd jersey, black jogging pants, a black and blue fleece jacket, and black and red Converse size-10 shoes.

Charleston, WV ~ Shawn Louis Smith, 28, hasn’t been seen since Oct. 29, 2007 on Clay Avenue in Charleston. Police say Smith borrowed some luggage from his aunt and mentioned taking a trip to Dallas. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Police also say there has been no activity on his cell phone or Internet account.

Bolingbrook, Illinois ~ 23 year old Stacey last seen Sunday morning, October 28, 2007 in the southwest suburb, wearing a red jogging suit, police said. She is the fourth wife of Sgt. Drew Peterson, a 29-year veteran of the Bolingbrook Police Department.

Knoxville, TN ~ The 19 year old was last seen by his mother in late October 2007 as he left their house on Diamondview Way. Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Martha Dooley says Caughorn had an argument with his mother before he disappeared and he’s never gone missing before. Caughorn’s last known location was in mid-January when he worked at the Sonic on Merchant’s Road. Caughorn is 5′11″ and weighs around 210 pounds.
UPDATE: 7/16/09 Ralph has been located.

Buffalo Grove, IL ~The 18-year-old Stevenson High School student was last seen October 20, 2007. Investigators found his car, clothing and other belongings near the Baraboo river in Sauk County. Wisconsin. But the Sauk County Sheriff’s Department is certain he is not there after spending more than a week scouring the river and surrounding area.

Fort Meyers, FL ~ 33 year-old Rupinder Goraya, a nurse at Southwest Regional Medical Center, has been missing since Oct. 10, 2007, a sudden disappearance that has worried friends and relatives and posed an investigative challenge for Fort Myers police. Police consider her disappearance suspicious and have listed her as an endangered adult.

On 10/13/2007 he left his Sutton Bay Home to meet a girl by the name of Kenda or Kendra whom he met on myspace and with whom he attended the T-Pain concert. He was last seen at a party after the concert.

Charleston, MO ~ The 35-year-old was last seen about 4:30 p.m. Oct. 12, 2007 walking in Charleston, according to Charleston Department of Public Safety. Woodworth is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both arms.

Verona, MS ~ The 26-year-old a mother of three was last seen around noon on the 10/12/07 at her place of employment. Phinizee’s red Pontiac Grand Am (2 door) was recovered later that evening at Warfield Apartments on the 2600 block of Jackson Street in Tupelo. At that time witnesses observed the vehicle enter the apartment complex at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was being driven by a black man, wearing a white tee-shirt and blue jeans. The driver exited the vehicle and ran behind he apartments.

Phoenix, AZ ~ The 62-year-old was last seen on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at his home in the 18000 block of N. 6th Street in Phoenix, Arizona, and has not been seen or heard from since. Charles was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown and blue checkered flannel shirt and white Reebok tennis shoes. He was last seen driving his 1990 black Jeep Wrangler with chrome grill and sides, no windows, carrying a large blue tarp, Arizona license plate 212 RMZ.
