Hagerstown, MD ~ 12-year-old Tatiana Perez-Mueia and 15-year-old Katelyn Neil both belong to the Stonebridge Group Home in Hagerstown. On Friday, February 29th, the two girls went missing when they went out to watch a movie with a counselor. Police believe the two girls left together, but have since separated.
UPDATE: 3/27/09 Tatiana has been found safe.

Hagerstown, MD ~ The 15-year-old’s current whereabouts are unknown, but investigators believe she may be in Hagerstown or the surrounding areas, or she could have traveled to Prince Georges County or Baltimore. Katelyn is on medication for an undisclosed condition and her mother is concerned for her welfare.

Ann Arbor, MI ~ Twenty-five years ago, Olisa Williams was believed to have been abducted by a stranger while her father slept on a park bench in Ann Arbor. Now, the search is back on to find her. The Ann Arbor Police Department plans to collect any tips about the case. When last seen, Williams was 2 feet tall and weighed 35 pounds. She would be 26 years old today.

Mesa, AZ ~ Family members last saw 13 year-old Martin Ismael Nunez Friday morning, Feb. 29, 2008 when he left for school from his home, in the 1400 block of South Lazona Drive. He never arrived at school, Mesa police said. Nunez has no diagnosed medical problems but has been experiencing dizzy spells recently, police said.

Brookhaven, MS ~ The 83-year-old disappeared from her home sometime 2/28/08. Virginia Ratliff, who is described as a white woman about 5-foot-1 and weighing 135 pounds, is believed to have been driving her white 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis bearing Lincoln County tag 987-LIH. There is a navy Seabees tag on the front of the car, and two yellow veterans magnets on the back.

Rainier, WA ~ Missing Since 2/26/08 the 23 year-old is 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8 and about 160 pounds. He has blue eyes, his hair is dark brown and he may have facial hair because his beard grows quickly, she said. His right side has a bit of a limp to it. A 2003 vehicle accident affected his ability to retain information.

But somewhere between customs and the terminal waiting area, Hu disappeared, and now her family and Chicago police are trying to determine what happened to the 38-year-old Chinese woman. Hollywood, FL ~ The 19 yr-old was last seen Feb. 24, 2008 in Hollywood. Friends and family believe he was going to Miami-Dade County, but no one has heard from him since. His red 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee was found abandoned in western Miami-Dade near Okeechobee Road, a police spokesman said. Bowser was nowhere to be found.

Richmond Hill, GA ~ 19-year-old Melinda Poole, who has been missing since Saturday night 2/23/08. A Savannah man James Randall Myers can be seen on security video appearing to force Poole into his black Chevy Tahoe from the Richmond Hill Days Inn, where she was reportedly staying at the time.

MIAMI — Miami-Dade police are trying to identify a man whose decomposed body was found by the side of a road in February. Police on Wednesday released a composite sketch of the victim, whose remains were discovered Feb. 22 near Southwest Eighth Street about two miles west of Southwest 177th Avenue.

Plano, TX ~ The 2-year-old was abducted by his non-custodial father, Michael Blasingame. Eitan has a small tissue lump under the skin behind his left ear. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt with blue shorts. Eitan and Mr.Blasingame possibly traveled to Lafayette, Louisiana. Authorities say the suspect has family in Lafayette and could be hiding out in the area. Investigators with a missing persons agency say very distinctive gang member tattoos are on the suspect’s left arm. This is the tattoo he has on his right shoulder.

UniversityCity, MO ~ The 22 year old went to a coffee shop Thursday, February 21, 2008 around 12:30 p.m. and did not return home. She has battled depression in the past and her mother is very concerned about her safety.

Dana Point, CA ~ There were two men aboard the 23-foot sailboat when it sailed out of Dana Point Harbor on February 18, 2008 for what was supposed to be a quick trip on the high seas to close a business deal. Only one man came back with the boat. What happened on the open seas remains a mystery.
Authorities are desperately trying to find the missing man, a 71-year-old retired computer programmer from Phoenix.

Rio Rancho, NM ~ 15 year old last seen the night of 02-17-08, when she exited the residence in which was staying at. The time she was last seen was approximately 11 p.m. The area she left from is located in Vista Hills (subdivision of Rio Rancho). A non-descript vehicle was seen in the area by persons in the area, around 11 p.m. but it is unclear as to whether the young girl got into the vehicle or if she just left the area on foot.

She has since learned that her son was last seen at the Riverside Inn in Fort Lauderdale with a man he may have met online.

A relative reported Read missing early Friday morning, February 15, 2008. Police found Read’s turquoise 1996 Dodge Caravan burned out and abandoned near Golf Links and Kolb roads, according to authorities.

He told his co-workers he was going to relax and work around the house on the 3-day President’s Day weekend. Michael did not return to the job he both needed and loved on Feb. 19th, or ever again. He did not answer his phone or return the many voice mail messages his boss left for him.

She went to a doctor’s appointment and hasn’t been seen or heard from since, according to a Minnesota Crime Alert Network release. Lynwood, WA ~ The 50 year old moved out of hishome in early February and told relatives he was going to check in to a local motel. On Feb. 11, Flin moved his belongings into a storage unit, and there’s no evidence he’s been back since. There has been no activity on his bank account or his cell phone.There’s also no record of Flin at local motels. Detectives said there’s no sign of foul play. Flin has medical issues and may need to refill his prescriptions, she said.

Mosinee, WI ~ 35-year-old man who has not been seen since February 10, 2008. He was last seen at 1:30 a.m. walking out of Dinger’s Sports Bar on Main Street in Mosinee. He was wearing a light brown jacket, blue jeans and a Dallas Cowboys cap. Despite a report that Liepitz was being hit in the head while at the bar, police did not suspect foul play.

The following day, John took the family’s vehicle to meet up with a friend at a bar. Ms. Melatte called him at the bar, and that was the last time they spoke, she said.

Port Charlotte, FL ~ The former Marine, who was injured in Iraq, was last seen at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2008. Hall’s blue Yamaha motorcycle was found ying in the road, still running in the Sulstone Drive and Pasadena Terrace area in Harbour Heights. He is believed to be wandering in the woods, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and under the impression that he is still fighting in Iraq.

Bountiful, UT ~ The 26-year-old was last seen by his parents at his apartment in Bountiful on Feb 1, 2008. He was reported missing Feb. 21. Richardson suffered a traumatic brain injury to his frontal lobe when he was a child and had to have surgery. The injury has made him mentally slow. There is a distinctive scar across the top of his head from ear to ear due to the surgery. Police say he is very trusting and will talk to anyone and acts on impulse. He lived in the apartment by himself. There is no evidence of foul play, but he did not pack anything to take with him.

Honolulu, Hawaii ~ Jenah disappeared on February 1, 2008. She was last seen at 1504 Pukele Avenue in Honolulu. The 15-year-old Oahu foster child, is missing and the state Department of Human Services is seeking the public’s help in locating her.
