Sarah Norton Amber Alert Issued
March 28, 2009
Bradenton, FL ~ An AMBER Alert has been issued for 12-year-old Sarah Norton of Bradenton, Florida. Sarah Norton was last seen at approximately 10:00am Saturday, March 28th in the area of 75th Street West and Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton. Manatee County is just north of our Southwest Florida viewing area. The AMBER Alert was issued around noon on Sunday. Norton was last seen wearing a gray sports bra, jeans, no shoes and wears glasses. She may be in the company of an unknown white male, 45-50 years old and wears glasses. They may be traveling in a red Jeep Cherokee. Law enforcement believes the child and subject have fled the immediate 
area.
UPDATE: 3/29/09 Sarah has been found safe.

Tracy, CA ~ The 8-year-old left a friend’s house at a mobile home park but never returned home on Friday 3/27/09. Police say she has been missing since 4 p.m. Police are searched the mobile home park with dogs and by helicopter with no luck. They have also contacted all of Cantu’s friends and no one has seen her. They continue to search the area. Sandra Cantu was last seen wearing a pink shirt with a “hello kitty” face on it and a striped dress.

Katy, TX ~ The 19-year-old was reported missing by his family, after having been unable to contact him since about 3 p.m. Friday, 3/27/09. It’s believed Vogt met another man online, then met him in person in Houston “and went on from there.” Vogt’s black 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse was recovered Monday in Georgia, the source said, being driven by the man Vogt is believed to have met in Houston.

Spartanburg, SC ~ The 44-year-old had problems with his prescription medications and has been suffering from “black outs”. Mr. Tavey’s vehicle was parked in the parking lot of his apartment building. Mr. Tavey’s apartment was found in disarray and there has been no recent activity on his ATM or credit cards. Friends and relatives have not heard from Mr. Tavey since March 27, 2009.

Lake Stevens, WA ~ The 64-year-old disappeared on Thursday 3/26/09 just as she was about to fly to Texas for specialized medical treatment. Her brother saw her at 2 p.m. that day, but when he came to her house at 4 p.m. she was gone. He found her bags still sitting inside the house, packed and ready to go. Her airline tickets were still there, too. But her car and cell phone are missing. Police say she may be in a 2005 Toyota Corolla with license plate 971 VOL.

Dallas, TX ~ Police are searching for a Dallas woman whose husband allegedly abducted her and ran over one of her friends after forcing them off a Dallas road early Tuesday, 3/24/09. 25-year-old Misty Scott is missing. Her friend, 38-year-old Tracy Araujo, underwent brain surgery Tuesday afternoon after being found pinned beneath Bobby Scott’s minivan. Police said they believe Bobby Scott assaulted his wife during a fight at a North Dallas hotel and Araujo went to the hotel to get her friend. Police reports say Bobby Scott followed Araujo and Misty Scott and rammed their vehicle from behind. Araujo was struck after getting out to confront Bobby Scott.
UPDATE: 4/1/09, Misty has been found safe, Bobby has been arrested.

Knoxville, TN ~ The 44-year-old was last seen by his wife about 10 p.m. Tuesday 3/24/09 at their residence on Harbor Cove Drive. Faull suffered a head injury in the past that causes him memory lapses. His ATM card was used Thursday in Macon, Ga. Faull might be driving a 1995, dark green, two-door, SVX Subaru. The car carries a license tag bearing 901-DCZ.

Reno, NV ~ The 61-year-old went for a walk in her Northwest Reno neighborhood on Monday morning, 3/23/09 and never came home. Now police are calling her disappearance “suspicious.” Duncan did not take her keys or purse. There are no obvious signs she is a crime victim, and there had been no concerns regarding Dementia. Her husband Jimmy says he and his wife were behind on their house payments and headed into foreclosure. On Monday morning, Gail was beginning to pack up her things to move, when she vanished.

York, UK ~ The 35-year-old was last seen on Wednesday afternoon 3/18/09 at York University’s Goodricke College and later spoke to her parents on the phone. North Yorkshire Police detectives believe she disappeared at around 5.30am the next morning after she left home with no money, cards or passport to walk two-and-a-half miles to her job as a chef at the college. Detectives today said they could not rule out the possibility that Miss Lawrence had been abducted.

Cambridge, UK ~ The 37-year-old 37, an oncologist from Belfast who is working at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, was living in Russell Street, Cambridge. He was last seen with friends at the Fountain and Regal pubs and Fez Club in Market Passage early on 17 March. The team is focusing its search on the Mill Lane area of the River Cam.
Dr McGowan was last seen walking along Kings Parade and Mill Lane towards the river area. He was due to visit Belfast but did not go. Police were alerted to his disappearance on Wednesday.

Hobbs, NM ~ Police in Denver City, Texas, report Julia McCullough, 64, was headed to that West Texas city when she disappeared on 3/18/09. She left Hobbs on March 18 and may have been disoriented at that time. McCullough has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has been off her medication for some time, according to police. Police initially said they believed she might be headed to Albuquerque instead. Since then they’ve reported another sighting of the woman late in the afternoon of March 18 approximately 50 miles southwest of Denver City. She was driving a white 2005 Chrysler 300 with Texas license plate Z61JZD.hydrate
UPDATE: 4/6/09 Julia has been found, she was severly dehydrated.

Kissimmee, FL ~ The 24-year-old March 12, 2009 in the Kissimmee area. He hasn’t been seen since. On Wednesday, March 11 Harris and a group of friends spent the day at Cocoa Beach, leaving there at 7 p.m. The group then went to Buffalo Wild Wings on State Road 535 near interstate 4 until about midnight. Harris went back to his friend’s house and spent the night there. The friend offered to give Harris a ride home at 10 a.m, but Harris told his friend he wanted to continue sleeping. At 4 p.m. the friend returned and again offered Harris a ride home. Harris declined the ride a second time and told the friend he wanted to continue sleeping. The friend leaves the home again and returns at 6 p.m. to find Harris has left. No one has seen Harris since that day.

Tiverton, RI ~ The 52-year-old has been reported missing after having last been seen at Peter’s Package Store in Fall River Tuesday morning, 3/20,09 sometime between 8 and 9. He was then scheduled to make a stop in New Bedford, but never arrived. His wife and daughter say they got concerned when he did not come home Tuesday night. Joseph DeSilva was last seen driving a late-model black Ford Taurus wth Massachusetts license plate 81DE33.

Antioch, TN ~ The 20-year-old was last seen March 9th, 2009 at Club Guadalajara at 15118 Old Hickory Boulevard when she left with an unidentified man around 5 p.m. Martinez was reported missing March 15th by a friend who became concerned about Sarah’s well-being after a phone conversation with the missing woman. Detectives recovered a car driven by Jose Moran — a man they’d fingered as involved in or knowledgeable about Martinez’s disappearance — abandoned Tuesday afternoon near Nolensville Pike. Evidence from the car, a Toyota Corolla, suggests a violent crime likely took place, police said.

It is unknown whether or not she actually made it to her destination. Her family hasn’t heard from her since she left for Bingo Magic. She was last seen driving a 1992 white 4 door Buick Lesabre. The license number of the missing woman’s car: I04-8NR.

Leroy, IL ~ The boys were reportedly abducted by their fathern in Leroy on Sunday (03-08-09). Their father failed to return the children after a scheduled custody. Duncan G. Connolly is an Asian male, 9 years old, 3′ 6″ tall and weighs 66 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a green coat, burgundy hoodie, a black shirt, and black pants with a red stripe. He has a scar on upper lip on left side and a birthmark on his right thumb. Jack D. Connolly is an Asian male, 7 years old, 3′ 4″ tall and weighs 62 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a red and blue coat, blue shirt, and red and blue pants. He has a scar on his right eyebrow and a surgical scar behind his right ear. Michael l. Connolly, father, a 40 year oild Asian male, 5′ 8″, 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The vehicle is a grey Dodge Dynasty with Illinois tag number A326109.

Tenino, WA ~ The 36-year-old mother is believed to be missing from her home since Saturday, March 7, 2009.
Her estranged husband, Bill Moyer, arrived at her home Sunday night, to drop off their two daughters, and found the front door open, the TV on, and her purse and identification still in the house. The two have been separated for two years and share custody of their daughters. Detectives searched her home late Thursday and found no signs of foul play. But they are puzzled by the condition of her home. They say with the nightstand light left on and a half glass of wine in the living room, it looked as if she just disappeared.

Kansas City, MO ~ Police were called to the apartment at 4023 Harvard Circle about 9:15 a.m. and discovered the 27-year-old woman’s body. The apartment complex is near Interstate 70 and Sterling Avenue. The woman’s 4-year-old daughter, Allyson Corrales, was missing. Police also are looking for the girl’s father, Luis F. Corrales, 31, who they are describing as a person of interest. The family’s car, a red 1999 Kia Sportage, with Missouri license plate PB1 R3R, is also missing.

Baltimore, MD ~ The 16-year-old of the 2800 block of Boarman Ave. was in eastern Baltimore County between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on March 6, 2009 and that she might have taken a bus from the Eastpoint Mall to Eastern Boulevard and Old Eastern Avenue, police said. Her last contact with her family was on March 6. Acting on information they had received, police began searching Ace Roll-Off Services in the 200 block of Earls Road on Friday. The search ended Sunday. Police said they are asking residents of the Earls Road area to contact them if anyone saw anything unusual the night of March 6.

Nashville, TN ~ The 20-year-old was last seen March 6, 2009 by her roommate at their Old Hickory Boulevard apartment. White’s mother reported her missing Monday after receiving information White may have been involved in a domestic dispute between her estranged ex-husband and current boyfriend. Detectives have interviewed both men, but have been unable to learn of White’s whereabouts.

Chapel Hill, NC ~ Joanna Cano, 15, and her daughter 6-month-old Angel Villegas Cano were reported missing by Joanna’s mother, Lusia Pedraza from University Station Rd. in Orange County. The teen and her infant son were last seen on March 4, around 8 a.m. and are possibly in the company of Rodrigo Villegas of Durham, N.C.
According to a press release from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Villegas has outstanding warrants from Durham as of Mar. 5 for murder. They are possibly in a white colored van and could be headed to Mexico or still in the Durham area.

Hamilton County, TN ~ On March 1, 2009 the 16, was reported missing from her residence at 6031 Morning Glory Drive. The residence was checked by deputies and, while the teen was not there, nothing else was found to be suspicious, said Janice Atkinson, sheriff’s spokeswoman. Information given to detectives is that Amanda could either be in the Chattanooga or North Georgia area, Ms. Atkinson said. Amanda was also reported missing by her parents in September but was later located, according to newspaper archives.
